Finding the right investors for a startup is one of the hardest parts of building a company. N1 is an early-stage investment firm that backs founders before the crowd does. We invest €100K–€350K in seed-stage startups across FinTech, AI/ML, SaaS, marketplaces and consumer tech — and we stay involved well beyond the cheque.

No-license-required FinTech, EdTech, SportsTech, HR/WorkTech, LegalTech, Retail/eCommerce tech, FoodTech, MarTech/SalesTech, MediaTech.
We DO NOT invest in:
- Gambling betting.
- Traditional real estate (construction, physical assets, development).
- Biotech & pharma requiring clinical trials, wet labs, or long regulatory cycles.
- Heavy hardware or CAPEX-heavy models (manufacturing, robotics without software core, deep industrial hardware).
- License-required startups
€100K–€350K initial investment.
European founders are currently based in Europe with global scaling ambition.
SaaS/B2B software, AI/ML, marketplaces, consumer apps and automation tools.
We are keen to invest in Pre-seed and Seed-stage startups, where we expect:
- First paying customers;
- Early revenue;
- Observable product usage and retention;
- Basic, realistic GTM and pipeline.
